Sautéed Plums with Cottage Cheese and more

I am a big fan of eating fruit as my breakfast with granola or oatmeal. It is filling , guilt free and it can be summery, or wintery.

Ingredients;

2 plums cut into half inch moons

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

1 table spoon orange juice

½ cup cottage cheese

½ cup almond granola

1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Directions:

1-Place honey, dark brown sugar and orange juice in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

2-Add plums and sauté stirring frequently 2 to 3 minutes.

3- Add cottage cheese, almond granola and sautéed plums in a bowl

4-Top with chopped pistachio and sautéed plum juices.
