I have to develop a peach cocktail recipe since it is peach season and we live in GA which is the peach state. Here we go!

Ingredients:

1- 2 ripe peach

2- 3 cups of sprite

3- ¼ cups of vodka

4- 3-4 thyme stems to garnish

Directions:

1-Cut the peach into 8 half-moon slices.

2-In a sturdy pitcher add 4 slices of peach, vodka and sprite.

3-With a muddler or a wooden spoon, muddle to extract juices from peach slices.

4-Add ice to the glasses and top with peach, sprite and vodka mixture you just made.

Garnish with fresh thyme stems.
