Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2-3 beef master or other type of large tomatoes sliced ½ inch thick
1 cups of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of Fresh Mozzarella Ciliengine Cheese
½ cup of chopped herbs such as mint, chives, basil
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of flakey sea salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Directions:
1-Place the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and herbs on a serving plate.
2- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
