Summer Tomato and Herb Salad

When you raise tomatoes like me, you feel like you have super powers. Here is another super simple, super delicious and super healthy recipe for you to try. Enjoy!

Servings: 2-3

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2-3 beef master or other type of large tomatoes sliced ½ inch thick

1 cups of cherry tomatoes

1 cup of Fresh Mozzarella Ciliengine Cheese

½ cup of chopped herbs such as mint, chives, basil

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of flakey sea salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:

1-Place the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and herbs on a serving plate.

2- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
