Mango Yogurt Bowl

Here is another summery, delicious, nutritious breakfast bowl for you and your family!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups of nonfat yogurt

1 ripe mango

1 tablespoon of granola

3-4 figs halved

3-4 cape gooseberries halved

1 tablespoon Champagne grapes

2-3 Lavender Flowers to garnish

Directions:

1- Add the flesh of a ripe mango to a food processor and blend until smooth to make mango puree.

2-Place yogurt in a medium bowl and top with mango puree, figs, granola, grapes, gooseberries and lavender flowers.
