Dark Chocolate Bark with Pistachios

Ingredients:

2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips

½ cup small chopped pistachios

2 teaspoon flakey sea salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1-Add chocolate chips, vegetable oil and honey in a medium size glass bowl.

2-Set bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water and do not let the bowl touch the water.

3-Heat the chocolate chip mixture, stirring occasionally, until it is about to be melted.

4-Remove the bowl from the saucepan and stir the chocolate until it is completely melted.

5-Pour the chocolate in a 1/2-inch-thick layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6-Sprinkle evenly with pistachios and flakey sea salt.

7-Refrigerate until completely set about 30 minutes.

8-Peel of parchment and break into pieces to serve.
