Blue Hawaii kOmbucha Mocktail

Valley Isle kOmbucha makes  the tastiest and healthiest kOmbucha.  Their kOmbuchas are organic, gluten free, non-GMO, vegan and raw. I used the Blue Hawaii Raw kOmbucha in my recipe.

Blue Hawaii is made with a proprietary organic black tea infused with organic lavender, spearmint, lemongrass, and mango. VIK’s organic coconut hydrosol, Madagascar vanilla, and butterfly pea flower, keep sugar levels low while adding a deep maroon-purple color to this flavor.  It’s worth noting that the fermentation process of kOmbucha may produce natural alcohol (up to .5% in this instance).

Servings: 2-3

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

4-5 medium size strawberries and 2-3 more to garnish

2 tablespoons of orange juice

4-5 thin slices of orange to garnish

4-5 stems of mint to garnish

1 bottle of Blue Hawaii Raw kOmbucha

2-3 cups of ice

Directions:

1-Add 4-5 medium size strawberries and 2 tablespoon of orange juice in a medium bowl and crush it with a fork.

2-Add 1 cup of ice and crushed strawberries into each glass and pour Blue Hawaii Raw kOmbucha on top.

3-Garnish each glass with orange and strawberry slices and mint stems with leaves before serving.

So simple, delicious and good for your soul!
