Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Directions:

1-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

2-Place tomatoes, garlic cloves, and green olives on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoon of olive oil

3-Roast about 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes start to open

4-Take the tomatoes, garlic, and green olives off the oven and set aside.

5-Set the oven broiler to high.

6-Rub the roasted garlic on the bread slices and spread “Le Fromager Double Cream Cheese“ on top.

7-Place the bread slices on an oven safe baking sheet and keep them under the broiler about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

8-Place the roasted tomatoes on top of the cheesy bread slices.

9- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle black pepper.

10-Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and roasted olives.

11-Serve warm or room temperature with a glass of red wine.

Happy Eating.
