Shakshuka with Mina Shakshuka Sauce

Shakshuka is the ultimate one-pan dish that can be enjoyed anytime of the day (breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack or dinner).

To make authentic shakshuka from scratch can take up to 1 hour, but with  Mina Shakshuka sauce you can enjoy an authentic shakshuka in just 10 minutes.

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 jar of Mina Shakshuka Sauce 

4 eggs

1 sliced avocado

1 loaf of rustic bread or 4 pita bread

5-8 parsley leaves

1 green thinly sliced chili pepper

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1-Pour sauce in a medium size pan and bring to a simmer about 3 minutes over medium high temperature.

2-Once simmering, crack 4 eggs on top.

3-Cook uncovered for 2 minutes then cover and cook for an additional 1 minute or until egg whites are set and yolk is slightly runny.

4- Sprinkle black pepper on the eggs.

5- Garnish with chopped green chilies, parsley leaves and sliced avocados.

6- Enjoy with toasted bread or pita bread for mopping up the sauce.

7- Serve immediately.
